Need leathers to fit 5'10", 225 lbs. Also need approved helmet, would prefer new so any suggestions on reasonable price?

Leathers from Cortech are pretty inexpensive. Capital set me up with a helmet last year for just over 100$. Nice tight fit a little heavy, but what can 100+$ really buy you?
