Wondering if anybody knows of a place in Winnipeg that carries those small spring clips for safety wiring? So that you don't have to cut and rewire oil plug, filter, oil filler cap, etc. w~~_12.JPG) |

brian , try westcan fasteners 4-1692 dublin , south side of dublin building half way down on rh side , that's where i get mine

I suppose you have to be pretty diligent when installing these to provide the same level of "anti-rotation" protection as lock-wire... Do you just keep the lanyard short?

I really just want it for the oil filler cap and drain plug, but yes keep the safety wire line short and things still can't turn then

I got like 100 of them in a US Menards once... stumbled across them. It was a very large store, so not sure if one in a small town would carry them.
