Clean vin but bought from insurance company on bill of sale by previous owner. If you want to do the work to get ownership from Saskatchewan somehow...give it a try. I made a few calls and it sounded like too much work for me to bother.
Can throw in front and rear stands, and tire warmers, and available spares for asking price.
